Welcome to the Enchanted Oaks subdivision web site!
Enchanted Oaks is located in Spring, Texas at Interstate 45 and Cypresswood Drive. An exclusive neighborhood, Enchanted Oaks is made up of 782 custom homes primarily built in the 1970's. Located in the highly acclaimed Klein School District, each school is within five miles of the subdivision. In 2005 the resale prices ranged from the $90,000's to the $160,000's. The Enchanted Oaks Homeowner's' Association, Inc. consists of a Board of Directors of volunteers who handle all aspects of governing the subdivision including maintenance, collection of the annual dues and deed restriction enforcement. Please visit our Board of Directors link to learn more about these volunteers and how you may be able to help. The Oakleaf newsletter is a long standing tradition in Enchanted Oaks. This monthly publication contains many articles of local interest in addition to subdivision specific news and crime reports. Please visit our Newsletter link to view the current and past copies of this newsletter in PDF form. The businesses who support Enchanted Oaks through their contributions to The Oakleaf, as well as this web site, have earned a place on the Preferred Businesses page. Please show these businesses our appreciation by calling them first when you have a need for a plumber, electrician, realtor or any of the many fields represented.
